After I click the Download Button (With a Green arrow above a Hardisk). I ask me to choose server, what should I do now and How I download the ROM?
Choose the server. North America or Europe, choose whatever you live close to. Soon as you choose one, a download link will immediately appear.
You tried both servers? Your not "saving link as" are you? You should only right-click the server, and the download will appear. It's really not that hard.
First of all, this shoudn't be here, it's closer to "site help" or "technical help", I'll forgive you for your topic name (thought none of the site was working...) I would have used "not sure how to down load"??? Ok, enough of my rant (in a ranting mood-pay no mind to me) after the download link comes up, depending on your browser, go "save" or (if your firefox) it will ask if you want to open or save, chose a place and away you go... You sound like your new-so I sugest or hope you have ethier winrar or 7-zip-to actually open the rar file it's locked in (they are packed to save space during download)... And you need an emulator to play it... Just saving you time incase you have further questions-have a nice day NOTE:I just saw your note about what actually came out-guess your using Internet expplorer, it's annoying, get firefix if you can... And also-what game are you downloading-so I can see the problem?
because i have a problem that i cant download it and mega or mds64 (dont remember) help me and i download winRAR and winZIP because some games are differents and have winRAR and winZIP, i mean 1 of them but u can download winZIP if you whant and see if it help ....
Your confusing him more than he already is. What does winrar and winzip have to do with him having a problem downloading? Could you try downloading a different game? and seeing if you have the same problem. Also your not using any download managers are you?

No, it doesn't. I thought if you were using a download magaer, sometimes it can stop you from downloading. You don't need a download manager. I'd try a different web browser.
Well, it's not the site, it's working on my firefox...with or without file manager... I hate that-that comes up every now and then-but it's never happened on both server options??? Is your browser the latest update?
I choose US server and it download at my modem top speed, but the Europe . It seems to work with Mozilla now. I have a question , when ever I download a Rom, is it always fetch.php? Then I should change the file name and App right?
...When you download a rom, it should be (insert rom name here) and the correct file size... Changing the name and app won't help-tried that-ended up corrupting a web page I just downloaded instead of getting a ds rom
if it is called fetch.php and the filesize is correct for the rom, (check on the download details page), then your browser/download manager has ignored our instruction to rename the file. You will need to rename it to the name on the download details page. For NDS roms the extension should be .rar, which opens with winrar (www.rarlabs.com, also see the tutorial in our tutorials section), for ISOs the extension should be .7z, which should also open with winrar the same way. bear in mind that downloads will fail if you are already downloading a file from us, we only allow one file to be downloaded at once.
