I've been using this site for a little while now, everything always works amazingly, and I've had no issues up until now. I spend ~3000 points to download a PS2 ISO and I'm getting told I can only have one connection at a time. But I haven't downloaded anything from the site in about a week, so I don't understand! I'd really hate to waste my points because of this.
If you've been told you can't download because of that 'one connection per download' issue, then your points wouldn't have been deducted since it never started. It's a known issue.
