Great! It's still unclear despite that missed fact. There are dozens of emulators out there, for PC alone there are several, not to mention if he/she actually is using one for mobile phone. In any case, he'll need to update his post with more specific information. As we know, saying "Help I can't get blablabla rom to work" isn't helping him or anyone intending to help him solve it.

i had troubles with no$gba and kirby games. Use Desmume 9.9.0 which i did to get it to work. also even with desmume it will be significantly slower, BUT that can be helpful especially if you bad at video games hehe trust me. If you cant find it, try 9.10.0 but i have tested it.
If you've been using No$GBA v.2.6a, try downloading No$Zoomer too (find on the net). Most of the time, running rom through zoomer will work if it doesn't when direct via No$GBA. Alternatively, download the latest NO$GBA : http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=63772.0 Delete the old/corrupted save file if you think it's been damaged due to using too many cheats. It's often better to minimize using cheats as it does tend to corrupt the save file.
