    Hy all!
    Well, I'm Bas den Oudsten, 17 years, Dutch.
    My favourite games were shooters, but a few months ago, I discovered Final Fantasy. (Better late then never...)
    And now I'm really into RPG's.
    I've got a DS, a GBA, a PC, and a father and mother :p

    How come your nik is einherjar(Valkyrie Profile) but you started RPGing only after FinalFantasy?

    Welcome! It kinda (not sure) looks like you would like Final Fantasy Dirge of Cerberus, good FF shooting game! :p

    My Nick's Einherjar because i'm really interested in Viking Myths.
    An Einherjar is the soul of a warrior that went to walhalla (viking heaven for those who fell in battle), and that will fight on Odins side at Ragnarok (the end of times).
    So each time a warrior dies, he becomes an einherjar.

    I know einherjar is a class in valkyrie profile; i found out while i was search the web for cool 'Einherjar' pics for my avatar ;D

    As a further connection between how einherjar got his nick and the game, Valkeries are also said to reside at Valhalla; and they will lead the warriors out to fight in the final battle. They are also said to escort the fallen warriors worthy of Valhalla to their new home. Wagner wrote a classical piece of music called 'Ride of the Valkeries' that tells of the Valkeries coming to take the souls of the fallen to Valhalla.
