    EDIT: do you mean to download the torrent, or to extract all the files?

    inn case you want to use th wads you need wad magnager and the CIOS installed and the wad file of course, all is on the tut i gave you

    Basically, go to the site, right click on the 'Wii-Metal.Slug.Anthology.USA.torrent' and click 'save target as' or whatever is like it
    Save it to your desktop
    Then download utorrent here: http://www.utorrent.com/
    Install it, then run the program
    Go 'File', 'Add torrent'
    Browse to your torrent file on the desktop and select it
    Choose the files you want to download and select where to download it. Then finish adding by clicking 'ok'
    Wait for the download to complete, the download file(s) will be in the place you selected
