Yes they will have restrictions. Supplying roms is illegal in 90% of countries, as to do so is infringing copyright. If you host roms on a shared web host like that you risk having them taken down with no warning, or even having your account terminated.
scratch that last post it will not have roms, it to risky for me right now (and my mom wont let me) so it will have info on thing like naruto, computers, emulation, games, downloads, and stuff like that and i will host flash games. i know roms are illegal to host on a web site but what about emulators? i know cnet host some
