Hows the 3ds hacking scene rom dumps?(been away for a year)

    I haven't been in touch with the 3ds hacking scene, I feel like I just came back from traveling from the past and have no idea whats been done or whats legit out there.

    Basically has the 3ds been hacked already? is there a emulator that can play 3ds games? and do rom dumps even exist?

    And if so does anyone here have any emulator or 3ds hacking tools?

    no to every question. some rom dumps allegedly exist but no-one has ever proven that they're legit.
