Hey all, been knocking around the site for a few months for the DS games, only just realized that this wonderful site also offers easily download-able and working PSX dumps. Found my most favorite PSX game of all time Tomba! (Always thought it was called tombi!).

Just completed a Degree in Computer and video games - 3D art (graduated a month ago) currently working on my portfolio in the form of a few small games in the source engine with some of my third year team as well as a few other projects. Don't have a strong enough or focused enough portfolio to realistically apply for any positions as of yet.

I'm primarily a PC man but i also own:
NDS Lite (Black) with a Supercard Slot 2 (Flashed) using a 2gig micro SD
    Xbox 360
    Nintendo Wii

I've ignored my PS2/PSX and i'll post my tags/numbers when i get to know a few of you guys. I mainly play:

PC - Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, Team fortress 2, Audio surf,
    Wii - Mario kart

I own a mass of multiplayer games so if any one has any they play on a regular basis and wanna invite me for a few games let me know. i don't have a favorite genre, i will play just about any game regardless of genre as long as the game is relatively fun and/or interesting in some way.

I also read and am currently in the middle of "Ciaphas Kaine: Hero of the imperium", a wahammer 40k novel about an imperial guard commissar. My favorite books are:

Tom Clancy - Red storm rising
Colby Buzzle - Killing time in Iraq
Sgt. Dan Mills - Sniper one
    The Ultramarine's Omnibus

I do other stuff but none of it is out of the ordinary, Films (any genre), Music (anything good, mostly metal and it's sub genres), i play bass a little (Stagg 4 string). I'm from the UK by the way. I've been gaming since late on in the spectrum generation and remember my first game as "Wolfenstein" i think, it might have been a similar game i'm confusing as wolfenstein. Here's a quick tree mapping my gaming over the years (i'm quite bored):

    Spectrum > NES > SNES (super NES/Famicon) > Game boy > Game boy pocket > Game boy color > Playstation 1 > Game boy advanced > First PC (1.9ghz, 512mb ram, 9600 Pro 256mb) > PS2 > Wii > DS > Second PC (Core 2 Duo 2.67ghz, 2gig ram, 8800GT 512mb) > Xbox 360

That makes me look like Mr money bags or a trust fund-boy but in my defense i got most of the above after they'd dropped in price, ALOT.

Sinclair Spectrum ZX81, it was a competitor to the Commadore 64. My dad's brother had one.

Sorry i've not thanked everyone for the warm welcome, been having net issues which have now been solved by threatening my ISP with a complaint to "ofcom" the telecoms regulatory service over here in the UK. POW! nice new line free of charge.

Any ways, thanks for the welcomes! best welcome i've had on a forum yet.
