I would like to die of a freak spoon accident. A spoon causes a malfunction in a train line and causes a massive crash, I emerge alive, and well, but that spoon fires out of the wreckage due to another explosion and hits me in the head, thus causing instant death.

That or Crocodile, grenade suicide.

When I'm about 120yo, I'd like to drop dead from shock when the then miss world tells me she's expecting my child. 8)
