how would i go about creating a new faction? like Pink Army and such?

Come on, i think it would be quite interesting. The options are quite limited. A girly faction or a racist one.

I remember what they went through to get the pink army, many unspeakable things.
Creating groups could easily create conflicts which could escalate into flame wars ect...
