How to trigger the Celebi/Suicune/Entei event in Pokemon Black?

Not sure if No$GBA save file can be read directly by Pokesav. But if it can't then basically you must convert your NO$GBA save file using a save file convertor to an R4 512kb version, then you load your SAVE FILE using POKESAV, add the .pkm file to your STORAGE folder using POKESAV, SAVE the FILE, convert it back to No$GBA version, try it out.

Make sure to use the POKESAV for Black and White !!

Then add them to your PARTY. You need to have a high level badge before these pokemon obey you. As they are above LV. 30 for the 3 legendary dogs, while celebi is at lv.50. Put one of the 3 dogs in your first box party to trigger the Zoroark event in the Illusion Forest. You just need 1 of the 3 dogs, any of them will do. While use Celebi in the GameFreak HQ building.

You will need to also make changes while using POKESAV in the Pokemon Edit Menu inside the Storage for these ONLY!;
1. Language --> Change from JPN to ENG
2. Name --> Just press/click ORIGINAL NAME to change it from Japanese to English
3. Date Met ---> Change it to the English Date or use the JPN release date
Here's the Japanese Release Date:
* 3 Legendary Dogs : 18 June 2010
* Movie Celebi : 10 June 2010

For the English Release Date please find out from the Internet. But using either one should work.

Don't mess around with their other database or else you might cause it to not able to trigger the events.
