You need to use DVDs for the Wii ISOs...

I have a question about this too.

DVD5s or DVD9s. (are there any Wii games larger than 4.7 GB?)

    DVD-R
    DVD-R+
    DVD-RW

and what brand if it matters.

I use TDK for 4.7GB DVDs, Memorex for 8.5GB ones. They haven't let me down yet. All of them are +R DVDs.

I haven't heard about that, I searched on Google and the first page there is... this one. The others say absolutely nothing about Trucia Signed disks. If you can tell us where have you heard of it, or any other useful info, we appreciate.

It's not likely to do so, if burned properly. To burn ISO images, try using ImgBurn.

If there are games smaller than 700MB, use CDs. Bigger than that, use DVDs (more common). If the images are bigger than 700MB and smaller than 4.7GB, use single layered DVDs (4.7GB ones) The brand matters, you need a good brand. As I said above, I use TDK ones for my PS2 and PC, they are good. If the images are bigger than 4.7GB (unlikely), use double layered DVDs (8.5GB ones). I use Memorex for those, they're good too.

    To burn them, use ImgBurn.

NOTE: I have never used them on a Wii.

I'm positive Wii games are more than 4.7, most of the recent PS2 games are more.

Not if you don't use bad quality DVDs.

And I've seen maybe one Wii ISO larger than 4.7 GB, rest could fit on a DVD5.
