They're called DS Flash Carts. The Micro SD card is used to put in the Flash Cart to store your DS roms.

A good place to buy DS Flashcart is http://www.dealextreme.com/

Costs vary, but I consider Flash Carts to be VERY cheap considering the cash you'll save.

Why apologize for the caps, instead of just not using them? Breaking forum rules, and apologizing for doing so in the same post, does not make it ok to do.

To answer your question, you buy them online. Like at dealextreme.

You order "ONLINE", thus the reason we gave youa a link to an online shop.

If you know of any Mod shops locally, you can find them there. But you will not find them at any major retailers, due to their grey legal area.

You can also find them at some computer stores in the city.

flashcarts do not have their own memory. They use a microsd card that has to be bought seperately, and are available in sizes between 256MB and 8GB. Some carts, such as the original R4, cannot use microsd cards of a capacity higher than 2GB. The currently recommended carts are cyclods evolution, acekart2i and EDGE. Note that the acekart2i is the only one of these three that can be used on a DSi.
