I can't understand you want to play NDS games on PC, then I guess you should try out nds emulators such no$gba or iDEA.. which isn't worth it, buy a flashcart.

Your totally new to this it seems...

Ok-flashcart looks like a standard ds cartridge-but has an SD memory card slot-you store the card's firmware games and so forth onto that.

For DS's only-and the pc ds emulators only emulate standard screen size-stretching it would make it look UGLY so you have tp put up with the actual ds game screen size (well when I used no$gba anyway)

Some short tutorial for you... :)
    1) download WinRAR or 7-Zip(optional-if you already have it,then don't)
    2) download NDS emulator (no$gba recommended),Put it into a folder.
    3) download no$zoomer(optional)
    4) download NDS games, extract it.
    5) Run no$gba, locate the NDS roms..and..play it.. :)

Some of the games need special adjustment to play it perfectly(90% perfect)
