How to patch games

    I have an r4 and I tried to play soulsilver and the anti piracy blocker stopes the game. I was wondering if there is a program that automatically patches the games so i can get past the anti piracy blocker. if not how do i patch it so i can play it. I got a program for chrono trigger that worked. can someone help me. thanks

    so in simplest form how do i patch games. is there a generic patcher?

    If you know what you are looking for in a rom , then yes...

    but im not all that good lol.

    They are not to many patchers , just for some but not all games with AP

    I am not trying to say that you are wrong but i cant seem to get the soulsilver patches to work on the rom. thats about it for now. if I find another game that i need patched I will ask you guys.

    also is there a way to get the r4 sdhc to use the Automatic ROM protection patcher that is available on some other editions of the r4?
