How to make NDS games work in r4? Please help me >:

Hi! I have a R4 revolution for ds. i'm currently trying to download the game Cooking Mama 3. However, my nds screen is always black even when i hear the background sound from the music. I have tried doing the DsLazy, Arm7 patch on it, but it still does not work. Can someone please help me? I'm desperate ):

I can't say for sure, as I no longer use the R4

Firmware? Sorry i'm a total loser in tech stuff. Is it the MicroSD in r4 Revolution?

when you turn on your DS, (if i remember rightly) bottom right of the ds screen

it should display a ver number

So, am i suppose to update the firmware in order for the games to work? Cause, i have been doing arm7 patch for the rest of my nds games so far and it can work, except for Cooking Mama 3.

 

right, you should be using Ver 1.18

you need to download that and update your firmware

i do know the cooking mama 1 and 2 worked fine on the R4 without patching

so i assume cooking mama 3 will be the same

so update your firmware, and you should be fine
