The most I've gotten a copy to work is thru the menu's, once the actual fights starts all I see is the backdrop for the stage, no fighters, no gauges, nothing...

I've used popstation gui 3.00 beta (had to turn compression off entirley) and psx2psp 1.42.

My rig is a psp 2000 with firmware 5.00m33v6, no other apps are present that can help load psx games...

I like UMK3 on snes (got that 2) but I have a softspot for mkt, any idea what I need to get it to work, and if possible, with sound (read some guides where sound won't start...but if I can get at least the menu "hits" and stand sound effects I'll be happy).

If not then working only it is.

If failing that....anyone know any links for a copy premade, if possible with those cool graphic things on it already?

    Thanks in advance...

You will want to get Popsloader on your PSP.

    Here's a guide:

Here's a game compatibility list for what version of pops you should use for your PSX games:
