How to Get Emulators + Roms to work on a laptop which bans .exe?

    Hello everyone

    I have recently recieved a School laptop (everyone across the state gets one in Australia NSW) and they have blocked the use of executables.

    I am wondering if their is a way to play Game boy colour games (such as harry potter and the sorcerers stone) on my laptop.

    Is there a SWF. Converter which i could use to convert roms? or an emulator which isn't an .exe?
