Burn the .img file (making sure all the other files are in the same directory/folder, at the lowest speed in your Image Burning program, on a CD brand like Verbatim, TDK etc.

Does it works with dvd-not rewritable and with a newest ps1version??

    You need a CD.

Why would you waste a DVD on something that's only 700 MB tops?
dvd-not rewritable is DVD-R by the way. DVD+Rs are somehow different and don't work well on modded consoles.

Please, do we imperatively need a CD-R to have the correct format of PSX games?

    I think so.
CD-RWs are harder to read on even regular old CD players. Seeing how the PSX is older than most CD players that I'm talking about, yes, CD-R is the way to go.

    Plus, CD-Rs are cheaper.
