How to Blog. Kamage's quest to go into professional blogging.

    Well, over the week, I've been thinking about making a possible blog, ever since I found out that my classmate is one of the top blogs on the topic: How to make money online.

    I'm mainly in this for competition... but I'm in dire need of help. I've been blogging for a while on Xanga, (Deleted my account today :p) and I've been thinking into making it possible to go into profession. I am in need of assistance in making a private website, and well..finding ads to put on it, enough to support the website alone. And I don't know how exactly to start it off...

    Anyone willing to help me? I'm thinking about making it a blog, about anything....

    Here's what I'm gonna need help with:

    -Reserving a private site
    -Layouting
    -HTML
    -Basically everything I'm bad at (Everything except content :D)

    Why would you want to make one of those blogs? Are you looking to host it on a free server?

    I'm looking to host it on a provate site (Namely my own :D )

    Yup, that's why my dad is gonna give me a base of $50 to make a site.... I think that's enough, with the ad space supporting, and I have RomUlation to help me out... (Not with money!) But I know it's a decision I have to stand by....and I only have you guys to help me out...

    Please help me out T_T


    My idea is have it like: He said she said, I'd have different bloggers points of views, divided by their gender, hence:He said, She said, They said

    You'll buy a domain, but do you have a server to host your blog?

    I can help with a server (you'd have to pay but not a huge amount) and I can also get domains too. PM me if you're interested.

    I wish I knew how to start my own site, but since I don't, plus I've really nothing interesting to share or offer so what a shame :( . Really my existence is so dull.

    ^Great. Should stay up good if you get it from Lion. Also, if you have a bit of text of posts or something similar, people will read them. Catchy titles bring people in too.
