You'll need higher level Pokemon because his first one will plow right through most of those without a second thought. And I think you mean Red?
You know Rhydon is a pretty weak Pokemon ;D Just find some Pokemon that knows ice or water or fighting moves that is 5 levels more than the Rhydon and I guarantee you would defeat it ;D

Your weakness in your party is you depend too much on your Registeel. Since you are at your last GYM match , train your rest of your party to level 45 to 50 and you will win, your level is way too low.
