I'm wondering how often people here clean up their workspace, digital and real. ;)

For me...I clean up my desktop usually once it's 3/4 of the way full. XD
Table my computers is on...Usually once half of my speakers disappear. xD

How often do you clean yours?

I clean my desktop often. I don't like having 90483294 things on my desktop. But, different story for the desk. It's all cluttered.

lolol same here, i hate having my desktop even with one thing. my computer is really organized, but my desk is sooo messy, i usually clean it 1 or 2 times a month but i can still find everything i need. i guess its like this because i barely use my desk. and i use my computer always

Desktop never gets cleaned because I literally never use it. It's always perfectly clean and feeds my hunger for minimalism.

My desk on the other hand? That gets cleaned once every couple of days, at least. I like having a tidy workspace, means I can use that space when it's needed (laptop or food plate).

My laptop is kept on this tiny table thing, so never since i move it from my bed to on top of my stereo.

My bed side tables hwoever I jsut reorganise whenever I finished all of my games, which from the look of it is 6 months away XD

My desktop is pretty neat. Only things other than necessities are logs/records or things that I delete every other day anyway. I then have a folder on the desktop, named Brain, and in it is divided into folders of Movies, Games, Writing, Reads, Pictures -- you get the idea.

    So yeah, OCDesktop.
    As for my desk...
Well, let's just say some days I have trouble finding even a place to put a noodle cup.

I keep both of them fairly barren. The desktop on the computer because having lots of icons bothers me and the desk itself because I like to prop my feet up on it.

I use desktop gadgets because it makes my computer look more awesome than it really is, but as for icons I keep them stored in fences, which are hidden by default.

My desk is full of clutter, generally things I might need at any given time; A ball of blu-tack, duct tape, electrical tape, wiring, 4 different types of controllers. 3 different usb cords, post-it notepad, A4 I store under my keyboard, blank CDs and DVDs, digital camera, a few instruction manuals, my windows recovery disc, pens, a permanent marker, a set of precision screwdrivers, my large 8-in-1 torch screwdriver, screws of various sizes, and an invoice book.

Rocketdock. I have maybe 1 or 2 things on my Desktop.
It does get messy when I'm learning something new like when handling PS3 stuff. Lots and lots of RAR archives usually. But after I figure it out, I delete most of them aside from the files that I actually used, and put them all in one folder for easy use.

My desk is actually the top part of my dresser. I have my big laptop on here, and a computer monitor that I play my PS3 games on. Not a whole lot of space on here, but it limits how much crap I can keep there. It kind of reminds me of only having about 4 bag slots free in WoW. lol

I should add my desktop conditions...

I keep my 11/12 (if i bother with itunes again) icons to the left, background is all black to save colour/laziness of finding a better wall paper.
