You can only download one game at a time. You cannot download two or more games at the same time. I don't think there's a limit as long as you have enough points to download them.

There are programs called download accelerators that download multiple parts of the same file simultaneously, then combine the parts into one file, potentially speeding up the download (unless the download can max out your connection without an accelerator). These programs create multiple connections, and because we only allow one connection, they won't work on RomUlation. If you do not use these programs, then the one connection rule basically means only one game download at a time
So what was happening for me was that I was not using an accelator. I would download one program and then try to download another after it was finished and it would tell me that I still had a connection up, even though I didn't. I have many points, so that is not the issue. I'm not a premium user so it would tell me to order a premium account in order to download more programs.
we had a bug that was causing the server to mistakenly think you still had a connection active, it should be fixed now. Note that if a download ends prematurely this will happen still, but it should clear within a few minutes.
