How I can play Ps1 game on Pc . . ?

    Can somebody help me please..
    I want to play Ps1 game on Pc..
    And my friend told me to download ePSXe 1.7.0..
    I've already download it..
    But I don't know how to use it...
    Can someone please guide me??? :'(
