I would like to know how fast the scene is.

How long does it take from the official release of a game till a rom is made and released.
And now with the new AP-Features from Nintendo. How long does it take until the games are cracked.

I'm from germany, so i have to wait a bit longer. The US has earlier releasedates than in europe.

As Loony put it, there quite simply are no set times for this kind of thing mate. I believe I read somewhere in the forums about how it can vary game to game as someone needs to actually purchase the game and then bother going through the process of creating a ROM and then getting it out to the public, and then factor in how long it takes for a site such as this to get a hold of the ROM and there are just so many factors it becomes rather hard to predict.

Another thing to factor in is games that get leaked early as sometimes there will be a ROM available before the game is made available to the public at your local shops.

As for Anti-Piracy, again this varies, though in this case its more so from cart to cart as some carts such as R4 might take longer for someone to work around than for a card such as SuperCard DSOne. It also can depend on whether the card manufacturer themselves have posted a firmware update to correct the issues.

Hope this helps you understand how it all works.

Few seconds usually, few hours at a worst case scenario.
