How do you 1) Get the text under avatar
2) Make A signature banner (or do you have to have a high status to do that?)

 

you have to be of higher status to do that

nahh just go on

Profile->Modify profile->Forum Profile-> now there should be a box that says Personal Text, just type what you want there
in that same part, there should be a box that says signature
just enter your signature link between the 2 ] [ and your sig should be there
