How do you resize an animated GIF?

    how do you resize an animated GIF?. I tried using gifworks but sadly they are only limited to 400kb..

    You could use a program like Virtual Dub, and export each frame into a seperate picture. Then resize each picture manually (with a image editor). Then import all the pictures back into the gif using Virtual Dub.

    Obviously this gets very tedious with large gifs (like.. more than 20 frames).

    I've not found a good free gif editor, but I haven't searched very hard. Virtual Dub is free, and can be used to modify GIF files, but is not very user, or time, friendly.
