How do you make a poll??

I think the ability to create polls was disabled a little while back.

 

They were re-activated, but please don't make random pointless stuff, or the polls might go away forever :'(

For a regular member such as ourselves, we make polls by first starting a topic:

For example you want to make a poll comparing cookies, you first write the topic "Which cookie is best" or something like that. Then you post it, once it's there on the board, you "view" it, at the very bottom of your post is the button "add poll", then you fill out the poll particulars, simple

 

Only moderators/admins etc can make a poll without starting new topics.

 

Yeah, they were originally disabled due to abuse so...

Don't abuse it.

 

They were disabled because people were making a hell lot of useless polls.

 

That's why polls must be made sparingly or first make your topic, then see if people will be interested enough to warrant a poll
