... Why did you mix in vinegar???

Anyway, I usually either fry 'em or scramble 'em.

Do not mix egg in vinegar... As it would coagulate even before it is cooked and it would taste similair to vomited food. You can mix it with salt, pepper, soya sauce, vegetables and even fruits?

hmm... i prefer a sunny side up egg, but i can't properly cook it that way so i just end up putting too much salt on a scrambled egg.

You need to have a non-stick pan and to try many times to succeed ;D

Oh, let me give you some hints,
you need 1 tablespoon cooking oil,
    1 non-stick pan,
    1 frying ladle.
    1) beat the egg in a small bowl
    2) add a pinch of salt, stir it with a fork till it looks little frothy
    3) heat the pan with medium heat, make sure the base of the pan is coated with oil
    4) Pour the egg in the middle, wait about 10seconds and start poking the side of the egg with
frying ladle and flip it when the egg is a little solid
    5) do the same thing again with the other side of the egg
    6) Turn off heat and do what you want with the fried egg ;D

Fried, scrambled, poached, boiled, even tried one raw once...not a good end result.

Which leads me to this, who in the hell discovered that eggs were eatable? I can see some old guy in the Dark Ages sitting there talking to himself and stating he was going to eat the first thing that pops out of a chicken he was observing, probably took awhile as I am sure patience wasn't much of a virtue then and ate the chicken.

as for me, there is couple of way to do it

    1. i get the oil hot, then turn the fire off and dump the egg in, make sure the egg is submerge into the oil completely.

this work best if you just deep fried something with the oil.

    2. sunny side up

    3. soft boil.

    4. omelet with vegetable, sausage and other stuff i can find.

for some reason i cant make a proper scramble egg, when ever i try to make scramble egg, it just turn into a broken omelet.

You have to continuously move it around in odd positions.

Also, I absolutely love Herbal Eggs. Basically Hard Boiled eggs inside herbal soup.

    hmmm
well I usually fry em both side
sometimes I leave the another side un-cooked (I like em that way too)
sometimes I boil em hard in water and use them the way I feel fit
when I make an omelet it must have meat and perchanche something else too
and some scrambled eggs are good too
