How do u actually make sigs

All these people are making sigs, But i am wondering the steps to even making one.

Tutorials are found in many places, there are a couple here, in the graphics discussion. After making a couple of decent graphics, you can develop your own style.

Where'd you get those brushes?

Oh yeah, you need to get sets of metal brushes, abstract brushes, C4Ds, and grungy brushes to make a decent sig.

 

Not really. You can create good looking signatures with just a stock photo and the smudge tool.
