How do I upload a ROM to RomUlation?

    I believe that this is the right place to post this, as I have not been able to find any tutorials on how to do this. I have seen that there are many Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver ROM downloads, but they are all in Japanese (or at least, mostly in Japanese). I have a (nearly) completely English Pokemon HeartGold and I wish to upload it to this site. How would I go about doing this?
    Thank you. And please tell me if I posted this in the wrong area, or I overlooked a tutorial to upload it.

    Only Seph can upload ROMs to the main site. If you would like to share a unofficially patched or translated ROM, then you can do so in the Trading Station.
