how do i make/build a movie DVD on windows vista home basic?

i have several video files on my computer, when i used macintosh all i had to do is use toast titanium after selecting the movie tab, on windows i have not found a way to do this, help?

This program throws movies files to a dvd disc in a dvd video format.

You can pay or get it the way I did (sneaky sneaky), or you can just do another way that only some dvd players read...throw a disc in, open up on my computer, open the blank disc, throw in the files by click drag (copy and paste all that will fit).

 

ill try the second method, or maybe i can get it on the university, there are several guys who sell mac and windows stuff
