How do I get Points?

    I just want to download Valkyre Profile for playstation but it says i dont have enough points to get it? can someone tell me what i need to do please?

    You used to get points by submitting screenshots of games, it's been a few years since I've tried it though.

    Lol, nah I used to do it when i didn't have many points to bolster my points so i could download a game.

    how many to download two playstation cds?? cause i only downloaded one game thats it.

    Each game will tell you on the download page, but if your new it's gonna take some time.

    THey are the second biggest romU has.

    I think it's about 500-700 points for a PS cd, my advice is to download the first disk and by the time you're done with that you'll probably have enough to download disk 2.

    We have to control our costs somehow, this site costs $4,000 a month to run. Without the point system it would be astronomical. it only costs $5 to buy 15,000 points if the 50 a day isn't enough.

    its not that its not enough its just seriously? ten days pur cd and if it has 4 thats 4 whole months to wait? isnt that a little extreme? where i go to se how many points i got

    not when you know how much decent bandwidth costs even with our killer deals. When you go to download a game, it tells you how many points you will have left after downloading, then to the right of that in brackets are two numbers. The first is how many points you have, the second is how many that download costs.

    It should also display how many points you have on your member page on the main site.

    AH I understand ^^ thought seriously though anything you can do cause i didnt even notice the point cost or my own when i first came here when i downloaded castlevania

    just buy 15000 points for $5, its next to nothing
    by the time you have finished 15k's worth of points you will have built up loads more

    That's because you were completely focused on getting your download and ignored everything else. When you got an error you became completely focused on getting help and went to the forum, making a minimal effort and thus posting in the wrong section.

    Both your home shows your points, as well as a link that describe what points are. The introduction guide shows it as well. Fact is if you wanted to know what it had been you easily could have, but you had tunnel vision and saw only what you were looking for.

    And it's nothing personal against you, a lot of users are like this today. Sadly it means that it's almost impossible to teach users how to use a site if they don't want to know it, and most users just want the answers.

    im sorry about that Seph and no harm done. and yes i am very new. i just only joined the other day =/ purhapes you can post something that tell people to look hell make it manditory wouldnt hurt to prevent this from happening again
