How do i get cheats on a patched game

Hi, i need to get cheats for a game i patched (lub penguin) i had patched the game and they dont appear on my r4 but the unpatched game has the option to cheat on the game but i need it too work on the patched game so what do i do?

 

You need to use R4cce

open your cheat.dat or usrcheat.dat

Make a copy of your game at the side you will see Game ID and one next to it with three dots ...

click on the dots and open your game and the new Game ID will pop up then tick game enable

Then save it as a new usrcheat.dat , don't copy over original save as a new file in a new folder, then drag and drop it your R4 card!
