How do I get an R4i to work on my NDSL??

    What kind of software do I put into it and how do I put them into the R4i??

    Go to www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds

    Download the latest firmware files for your card, and extract them to a location on your computer. If they are in a folder called "ENG" or "English" or similar, remove them from that folder and put them directly onto the root of you MicroSD card (the root means in no folders).

    Yes, and the firmware files are also in folders. Should I take out every single file in those folders and put them onto the root, or just those folders?

    No, do not remove them from the folders.

    There is likely going to be two folders, and two files.

    moonshl2
    _system_
    MoonShell2.nds
    _DS_MENU.NDS

    Put those on the root of the card.
