How do i find a save file editing peice of freeware?

pretty simple question, the topic title explains all it is saying, i am in need of a save file editing software program, and i need one that's free i just want your best bet on which existing ones are safe and will work.

 

Very few games have save file editors available. Which game/s do you want to use it with?

 

no no it is freeware that you can open a save file and change the values of the variables in it and then save it and load it next time with the right game to be able to be played and i want to edit the mega man black ace save file on my r4 card and have 800 hp maximum and total left remaining.

 

I know what a save file editor is, but due to differences between games and their save formats, there's not a single piece of software that can edit all save files. Thus, some games (such as Animal Crossing or Pokémon) have their own save editors while most others have nothing of the sort. AFAIK, Megaman Black Ace falls into the latter category.

 

well could you suggest some that work with most games?

 

What are these specific games anyway?

 

I don't see what's stopping you from just using cheats, by the way.
