How do I edit NDS Rom files? As in when pokemon black and white comes out, I want to edit the game so I can access its text files and translate the game to english with google translate.
Unpack the ROM and go search for the text files (takes a long, long time!). And you can't translate it with google translate...
Why can't you translate with google? For ex: You finally find the text file of the game. You highlight all of it and you paste it into google translate and once done, you paste it back into the original.
I don't know why but if it was that simple it wouldn't take fan translations years. I used to edit Championship manager text so it would swear at people......I was only young
