How do I dump an NDS rom with an R4 and Ezflash 3-in-1?

I was told that all I needed was this:

But the instructions cannot be read because they were in a different language and/or encoded improperly. I'm asking about the 3-in-1 because there is a tool that says it can be used with it. If it IS referring to the Ezflash 3-in-1, then I need to know how to use it. I cannot use the wifi one because I don't have a wireless router. Thanks in advance.
