I am on a limited account and i need administrator's account to download a few things like crossfire and itunes.
but my dad wont give me administrator's priviliges because he is laaazy. (im not lying. that's what he said)
so, is there a way for me to give myself administrator's privileges?

I already tried the cmd.x or something like that
and doing the Ctrl+Alt+Delete x2 at the choosing screen doesnt work. (he added a password to the username Administrator)

So, i am in a predicament. help plz.

ps. i cant do the cmd.x because i need administrator privileges to do that. and i have no access to one.

Or you could link him to the program instead of supplying him with possible malware.

Assuming you are using Windows XP.

Click Start, Run and type Regedit
    Navigate to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon \ SpecialAccounts \ UserList

Use the File, Export option to backup the key (save your backup to the desktop for convenience)
Create a new DWORD Value named Administrator
Double-click Administrator, and set 1 as its data
    Exit the Registry Editor.
    Re-boot.
Log in on the new admin account and install your software for all users.

This may not work. Been years since I have done this so sorry if it does not help, and if it messes up your system restore the reg using the backup you made.
