Delete the program directory then run a program like CCleaner to remove the now useless registry entries.

    ccleaner isn't free...right?

Anyways, stop the server if you haven't already, search for the nibiruMS directory(/ies) and delete them all. Clean out your registry with a program like CCleaner (Advanced SystemCare, TuneUp Utilities, etc.) and check to see if it's uninstalled.

if you use any registry cleaner, use either ccCleaner, or uniblue registry booster. do not use tune up utilities, otherwise your OS will go corrupt!

If it's a program, you could try using Revo Uninstaller.
