Vista Trans Pack is a very good suggestion... far cleaner.

Well... I've change my Windows XP style with Vista using Vista Transformation Pack + Aero Ultimate (fediaFedia's skin) for WindowBlinds. ;)
Because I prefer fediaFedia's skin than Aero Style that included in VTP. ;D If you want Vista's start menu, use viStart, but I don't use it because it's decreasing my computer performance and I mainly use my computer to create game, programming, and graphic designing; so slow computer is a problem. :p
