You should be able to uninstall them just fine.
Not sure how on Windows 7, but try just going to the apps manager.

you're using intel graphics drivers. That is correct. The AMD drivers may be for something else.

    ^ That.

Just look for the name of the drivers. :p
If not, then just install the drivers you want to use and see what happens.

I just personally figured that the random site lag was due to the fact that topics have this odd habit of doing a minor refresh every set period of time. The site lags a bit for me, but I can guarantee that all of my drivers are 100% correct.

all my laag was on this site only, and only whilst scrolling...

I have one small question though. Why is it that it is only this single forum? No other site, only this forum? I'm finding it hard to blame something on my computer when it's a site specific problem.

scrolling issues are guaranteed to be your computer, once the server has sent you the page you're on it has no further involvement until you click a link.

My main problem is, it's only this site. This site is one of the more simple ones I visit, and it's the only one that even emits a tiny amount of lag. The main site doesn't lag at all when scrolling through games, other forums don't lag when scrolling through posts, this is the only site that ever lags when scrolling, and then it is only while scrolling.

Do I need to activate No Script again to keep those pesky ever present Google scripts from slowing me down? That is about all I can figure that could still be slowing me down here and here alone.
