how can i turn a psx1 iso to a bin file?

    is that even possbile? for example i downloaded namco museum vol 5 and want to turn it into a bin formant file. anyway how to do this? thanks in advance.

    I thought it would have already been a .bin in the first place. Well, get Alcohol 52% to mount your .iso, .img etc. whatever and then get ImgBurn to create a iso image from the virtual drive. And then save it as a .bin.

    it worked... but it does not work in wiisx... what a crap load of poop!!
