You need to burn the ISO file to a CD....
There's alot of software that will do this for you...
I don't have much experience so I can't tell you which is best...
    I'm sure someone will...

You need a chipped PSX to run the CD....
Or you could use the swap method...

Yes use something like ImgBurn or Alcohol 120% and make sure to burn it at the slowest speed.

If you have a modchipped PSX,here's how you can do this:
    1)Download IMGBurn from here:
    http://fileforum.betanews.com/download/ImgBurn/1128426215/1
2)Open IMGBurn and select "Write image file to disk"
3)Select the image file, insert the cd and click on the button at the down of the window(it lights up when you insert the cd)

    I suggest getting a ps2 first :D

Then burn the games and get a memor32!

Let me "rephrase". I would like to burn an ISO into a CD as a RAW file that can be run from any PSX. How can I do that?

    Thanks by the way!

It would have to be chipped, or just use the old "stick in button" trick.

Thanks guys! But I found it out by myself. Here is the process (skip 1st two steps if ROM is in ISO):

    1. Make dummy Eboot using IceTea
    2. Extract Eboot to PSX ISO
    3. Burn using ISORecorder v2 at slowest speed
