How can I convince my parents to buy me a few Verbatim DVD-Rs?

    I'm trying to burn a few games and the brand I am currently using is not working. I do have a few 700 mb Verbatim disks, but that's not enough.

    i guess you could ask them to maybe buy them for you if you do some work around the house.....i guess that could work, it's how i got my dad to buy me some DVD-R's....

    We just opened the pool at my house. Perhaps I could work with that?

    whenever I go to the mall I ask "Dad can you buy me some DVD-R verbatim discs please?" so he takes me there, buys me about ten of them then tells me he will buy more when they are all used up. that's how I do it.
