all drivers and needed plugins, are in my epsxe, but when I try to drag and drop digimon world 2, which is a extracted rar file, nothing happens, how can I load this game on my epsxe, which has been configured all the way?

The files that has been downloaded usually has format like .mdf or .iso or something.
You just need to load the files from ePSXe to play.

can it load a rar file, is there a converted that will turn a rar file into a file that will easily load on the epsxe?
the only downloads of digimon world 2, are all .zip or .rar files, can't find it, as .mdf or .iso.

when I load the game after it has been extracted, i open it through epxse from the "file, run iso" then the screen goes black as if its starting, then a small box reads missing render-texture, then the next box reads, no-pixel format. is there something im mixing to help the game run properly?

    Well....
If you have fully configure it, I don't see that anything that should go wrong.

Does that mdf files comes with another files ? .mds ?
If so, you should try to open that one.
