Hotel Dusk Room 215... FATAL ERROR!!

no matter which version of rom I download, as soon as reach the actual gameplay interactive point a popup box goes:

main_siz 00000200, and after i press 'okay' the next one says: pipe_siz 00000000 -> okay -> wr_ptr 00000108 -> okay -> rd_ptr 00000108 -> okay -> main_siz 00000201 -> pipe_siz 00000000 -> OK -> wr_ptr 00000109 -> rd_ptr 00000108 -> OK -> Unexpected Error -> no$gba window shuts down.

any ideas on what other emulators i could use to play this game?

 

I use a flash cart (acekard 2.i/2.1) and it works fine...

Prehaps you need no$zoomer add on, or mess around with the settings, rom version shouldn't matter.

 

Use NO$GBA 2.6a (check in Help->About tab) and NO$ZOOMER. Links can be found in the Common Issues https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=1462.0

 

You need to activate one of the Ex in the no$zoomer.
I forgot either it's Ex 2 or Ex 3 that will make it playable.

Playing it with nocash renderer will have problem with pointing items in the game, you can fix it by changing the no$gba renderer to OpenGl.

But it will cause slowdowns.
