Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni *MANGA* reading order

pretty self-explanatory, what is the best order to read both the main arcs *and* the side arcs? what seems to be the best list i've found so far is:
1. Onikakushi
2. watanagashi
3. Tatarigoroshi
4. Himatsubushi
5. Utsutsukowashi
6. Meakashi
7. Tsumihoroboshi
8. Yoigoshi
9. Minagoroshi
10. Matsuribayashi
11. Saikoroshi
12. Onisarashi
13. Batsukoishi
14. Hirukowashi

(i've labelled them by color for question, side, and answer.
i'm reading all of these using an ipod app (manga storm), but it just has a long list of manga, and doesn't really specify the order of Higurashi, or any sort of "serial" manga. therefore i can't learn from that. what is also confusing is the above list doesn't mention Rei at all, and none o/t other places i found really mentioned *where* it went. all but the place that had the list just showed which were the question arcs, which were the answers, and which were the side arcs.
