Hi - some do some dont ?

    Hi i have downloaded some nds roms and loaded as to the instructions i have read and am using a nintendo lite with an edge card - some i have done have worked and play fine and some are there start to load and then freeze at a blank page and stop loadinf ? what have i done wrong for these to not work ? any help please - just joined site today and am a very much a newbie - thanks
