Hi ,I hope this is going to someone who can help me Hopefully the website admin last night i started downloading crash team racing on psx with fdm manager and it was going great ,then i logged off for the day then when i re -logged in,as normal tried to resume where it left off ,and my download wouldnt resume just came up with saying incorrect login or password on my download manager but i havent changed any settings and i logged into website no worries and everything seems fine on the download manager,but still no joy with resuming so i tried to re download again on different game - works no worries with that.but still wont let me resume on the previous game without using more points ,Is someone able to credited me more points for crash team racing - so i can restart my download again or at least help with why it just stopped me from resuming the download. i got 55% and im on dialup - it takes a while anyway any help would be appreciated ,i do believe its a great site and this is the only time ive had a problem thanx steve71
when i go to re- download the game again which is still within 24hs of when i started it says i need more points - i thought it would let me do it without loss of points if its within 24hrs?
It will take the amount of points that's listed on the page, once you've started a download the point counter on the page will turn to 0. So you should keep an eye on that. I'll look into the resuming part.
Thanks seph, yeah it's only happened so far once for me ,but weird! Ill try and see if i can resume it tomorrow ,if not i'll just restart the download again. thanks for the help.
